About Me


Hello! I’m Kelly, certified fascia practitioner, mobility and personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, and wellness coach. In 2015, while exercising, I hurt my back. This pain caused me to miss multiple days of work and spend countless hours and a lot of money in therapy. In 2018, I torqued my back again and was in horrible pain for six weeks, almost missing my oldest son’s high school graduation. The pain left as fast as it came. I never knew when it would strike. Always walking and moving with caution as I didn’t want to be in that intense pain ever again.

In the spring of 2023, I learned about fascia rolling and immediately became intrigued with learning as much as I could about it. Since I started rolling, my lower back feels wonderful and I recover a lot faster after exercising. I enjoy teaching and sharing everything I know about fascia with others. It’s given me my life back and I truly believe it will give yours back as well.
